Read below if you want to redeem a Gift Certificate.

It's really easy to book. Use the panel below to choose the date that you want to play.
If there is a green button which shows Available beside your chosen game, then click on it to select the session time for your game.
When you click on Continue it asks for your details, and processes your reservation. 

Gift Certificates can also be purchased instantly and given as gifts for others. Use the menu option at the top of the screen to learn more.

Please note: There is a minimum charge of 4 people on Public Holidays, to cover staff costs and penalty rates.

Defence Discounts, Police Discounts, Emergency Services Discounts

Social Escape Rooms offer a $10 discount off the price for each person in your group if you bring along a member of the Australian Defence Force, Police Force (any state or role), Ambulance Service, Fire Service (any state) or State Emergency Service (SES; any state).

If someone in your family or friends is serving our community on the frontlines, then we would like to thank them (as well as yourselves) with special rates for our escape room games.

Contact us to receive your discount code before you book, and don't forget to bring appropriate ID on the day to verify eligibility.

How to redeem Gift Certificates

If you have received a Gift Certificate then follow the steps below to redeem your voucher for your selected game.

Gift Certificates

To redeem your Gift Certificate:

1. ​​Select the desired session date from the calendar above.
2. Click on the Book Now for the preferred Escape Room Game.
3. Choose the preferred time from the available time slots presented to you, and enter in the number of participants for the game.
4. Click Continue to the next step to review the shopping cart.
5. Enter your details for the booking, and proceed to the payment window.
   
6. Click on the link at the top to select Gift Certificate as the payment option.
   
7. Enter in your Gift Certificate number to redeem your gift certificate value against your new booking, and click to Apply the code to the booking.
   
8. Please note that you may add extra people to the booking, and simply pay for any difference in ticket price.
