Please note that the recipient is welcome to bring extra players to the game - they simply pay for the additional players on their booking.

How to redeem Discount Vouchers or Gift Certificates

If you have received a Gift Certificate, or a Discount Voucher, then follow the steps below to redeem your code for your selected game.

 

Discount Vouchers

To redeem your Discount Voucher:

1. Select the desired session date from the calendar above.
2. Click on the Book Now for the preferred Escape Room Game.
3. Choose the preferred time from the available time slots presented to you, and enter in the number of participants for the game.
4. Click on the "Apply Promo or Voucher" link at the bottom of the pop up window.
5. Type in the Discount Voucher code that has been given to you, and click the Apply button.
6. When you click Continue to the next step, the reduced price for the game will be presented in the shopping cart.

 

Gift Certificates

To redeem your Gift Certificate:

1. ​​Select the desired session date from the calendar above.
2. Click on the Book Now for the preferred Escape Room Game.
3. Choose the preferred time from the available time slots presented to you, and enter in the number of participants for the game.
4. Click Continue to the next step to review the shopping cart.
5. Enter your details for the booking, and proceed to the payment window.
   
6. Click on the link at the top to select Gift Certificate as the payment option.
   
7. Enter in your Gift Certificate number to redeem your gift certificate value against your new booking, and click to Apply the code to the booking.
   
8. Please note that you may add extra people to the booking, and simply pay for any difference in ticket price.
