Gift Certificates for our escape room games are delivered instantly to the recipient's email address (or to your own email if you wish to print it), and can be used right away. They have a three year validity period, offering the recipient lots of time to redeem for their desired date.

Please note that the recipient is welcome to bring extra players to the game - they simply pay for the additional players on their booking.

How to Redeem Gift Certificates

Please note:
Gift Certificates are redeemed on the Payment page.

To redeem your Gift Certificate:

1. ​​Select the desired escape room game from the calendar above and proceed through the booking process to the shopping cart.
2. Enter your details for the booking, and proceed to the payment page.
3. Click on the link at the top to select Gift Certificate as the payment option.
4. Enter your Gift Certificate number and click Apply.
5. Extra people can be added to your booking if required.
